Walking with Will and Charlie: Mayo Emeriti on the Move

Description

Join fellow Mayo Clinic Emeriti staff for casual walks this spring through fall! It’s a great way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and reconnect with colleagues. Phone a friend to join you!

Schedule: May – October, starting the week of May 11

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 10 a.m. at Quarry Hill Nature Center (QHNC). Meet at the main entrance.

Enjoy a self-directed walk at QHNC. Choose any trail and determine your route, pace, and length of walk based on interest and comfort level.

Tuesday and Thursday – 10 a.m. at Silver Lake. Meet in the parking lot next to the old fire station.

Walk at your own pace around the lake once, twice or take one of the longer trails that branch off from Silver Lake.

Afterwards, interested walkers can meet up for lunch or refreshments. We encourage you to snap a photo during your walk and share it with the Emeriti Staff Office (MCREmeritus@mayo.edu)!

All fitness levels welcome! Come when you can, walk as far as you like, and enjoy good company!
