Join us from 4 - 6 p.m.
If it’s been more than a year since you volunteered at Channel One or if you have never volunteered there before, please inform Laura Frey in the emeriti center so that you can complete some pre-event "paperwork". You will need to set up an account, sign a waiver, and watch a five-minute video. This can be done prior to the event either at home or in the emeriti center.
We will be assisting in the food shelf area, where there are several roles you could be assigned to:
- Shoppers’ Support: Assist clients as needed and/or stock shelves.
- Market Counter: Help people with food items that have a limit on how many they can take.
- Parking Lot Attendant: Help bring back empty carts.
- Floater: Fill in where needed.
