Use Help Desk online form to report nonclinical productivity issues during Epic go-live in Rochester

To ensure phone lines and Help Desk staff are available to receive and process critical issues affecting patient care throughout the Epic implementation in Rochester, those experiencing issues with nonclinical applications should refrain from calling the Help Desk.

Instead of calling the Help Desk for nonclinical productivity issues, use the Help Desk online form, which has new functionality to help you create a detailed ticket for non-urgent issues.

Access the Help Desk online form in one of two ways:

  • Clicking "Submit Help Desk Ticket" within Mayo Dock
  • Clicking on IT Connect from the Mayo Clinic intranet home page
