MC Mobile wireless network to be disabled on May 3

Mayo Clinic is consolidating the internal wireless networks available for your use. This change to the Mayo wireless network is part of the Network Renewal program, which is refreshing Mayo Clinic’s network technology to provide the infrastructure capable of protecting Mayo patients and their information. The wireless network “mcmobile” will be disabled on May 3. From that date forward, use the “mcwpa” wireless network for access within Mayo facilities.

To access Mayo Clinic’s internal wireless network, select “mcwpa” from your device’s Wi-Fi settings before May 3 to avoid disruption. This change should not negatively impact your wireless service. If your device already has this network selected, no action is required.
