Technical Issues? Need Help?

In response to the technical resources available on Plumber 10, the following adjustments will be made beginning March. A member of the Messaging Team and a Senior Support Analyst from the Help Desk will be at the computer lab for drop in support on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 10am to Noon. They should be able to handle any general IT and email questions and will escalate any security issues or concerns to Carrie Nagel with the Office of Information Security.
